UPDATE: I wasn't trying hard.

Around twenty days ago, (11 followers at the time) I made my first post on r/Albumoftheyear, I asked this community whether I was trying too hard on my review and while a lot of people told me yes, a lot more told me no. So I took that and I doubled down (Risky!) and it totally worked out in my favor. (39 followers as of this post)

I got to enjoy so many collections of music and share my review of them in full like I wanted to, and gain followers and friends like I wanted to as well! I love this website and I wanted to thank the people from my old post who cheered me on. :)

(P.S.: The new Lemon Twigs record is definitely the power-pop rock aoty so far imo)

hey r/yeezy, I know it says in the rules not to sell so I'm not going to directly advertise it here, but how could I sell this szn x jacket? I got it a while back and it's a size 2, it never fit me so it's just been sitting in my closet after I wore it the first time. any help? I've put it up for sale on eBay and Depop but no biters.

I think this is one of those albums where the first listen you think its alright, maybe even boring(?) and then every listen afterward to be honest you start loving it more and more! I

I feel like this album grows on you the most this is the best Kid Cudi record I love the sound on this one! :)

I want to gain a following on AOTY so bad, even make some good friends possibly.

I try super hard with my reviews; I want to show my passion for analyzing music, I really care about this stuff and want to meet people who do as well. The problem is (and I've done shit ton of new albums as well) my reviews get 1-2 likes at most. I have 12 followers and it goes up to 14-15 before shrinking to 11-12. I really want to grow on this website, any tips?
