Hi! My 9W old baby was diagnosed with mild DDH, causing her to be in a pavlik harness for the next 6w.

Are ring slings approved for 9week old babies?

My daughter is strengthening her head control. Our Ped had said that swinging her around my hip will help her strengthen her head control, and would be a sufficient substitute for tummy time. I find myself with her around my hip quite often with her brace.

Any DDH recommendations from other hip dysplasia moms?

I am a FTM 9W PP!

I was told by lactation that supply changes from hormone driven to supply driven around 12w. Since I am EBF, and am nearing the 12w mark, please share any pro tips to keep my supply flowing !!

Since the beginning, I have had a great supply. At times, oversupply. I have a stash built in my freezer. Since about 6w, I stopped pumping everyday. I only pump when engorged or need to empty before feedings so babe doesn’t get sprayed. Should I keep pumping? Feeds are now getting shorter and less feeds per day.
