Has anyone used press release distribution to help with SEO?

We're a small SaaS company and have been investing in content and link building, but I'm looking at other ways to strengthen our SEO over time. I keep seeing press release distribution recommended as part of a broader SEO strategy, but it's hard to tell how much value it actually adds beyond announcing company news.

If you've used a press release for your business, did it contribute anything meaningful to your SEO, or was the biggest benefit simply getting the announcement out there?

Which AI chatbot gives the best free experience before you decide to upgrade?

I've been testing a bunch of AI chatbots lately, but it's getting harder to figure out which ones are actually worth paying for. A lot of them offer free plans, but the usage limits are so restrictive that I don't get enough time to see how well they fit into my workflow before being asked to subscribe.

I don't mind paying if a tool genuinely saves me time or helps me work more efficiently. I just want a free tier that's generous enough to handle real business tasks so I can decide whether it's worth upgrading.

For those of you who use AI regularly for work or run a business, which chatbot has the best free experience, and what convinced you to stick with it or eventually pay for it?

What market intelligence tools are you using for competitor monitoring?

I'm the only product marketer on our team, so competitor tracking has basically become part of my weekly routine. I spend way too much time checking competitor pricing pages, product pages, and feature announcements just to make sure I haven't missed anything important. I've looked at a few market intelligence tools, but most seem geared toward large enterprises and are probably overkill for what I need. I'm mainly looking for something that helps me stay on top of competitor changes without spending hours every week. What are you all using?

best website monitoring tool for competitor pricing and MAP monitoring?

I'm helping out a client that sells through Shopify, Amazon, and a few smaller marketplaces, and I’m trying to find the best website monitoring tool for competitor tracking. They only need to keep an eye on a handful of competitors (around 3-5), but it's important to know when prices change, products go out of stock, or when there are potential MAP violations. The biggest requirement is getting alerts when something actually changes instead of digging through reports or spreadsheets that nobody ends up checking. Right now the process is mostly manual and feels harder to manage than it should be. For those of you doing competitor monitoring regularly, what tools have actually worked well and saved you time?
