Light Novel recommendations?

Hello,

recently a JP acquaintance has shown me the light when it comes to the insane depth Shoujo/Josei gives characters. I’ve grown quite fond of the physiological aspect.

However, I’m a straight Male who’s favorite authors are Cormac Mcarthy and Dante Alighieri.

I know some works, like monthly girls, fruit baskets, lovely complex. but I’m certain that there is far more to them other than romance ( I must admit however, I love gentle romance)

as such, and as a person who likes to read, what novels would y’all recommend. It can be anything.

EDIT - My Grammar was shit lmaooo

Shoujo style artist recommendations?

Hello,

recently I discovered the art of lyrishidumu or Rifuru as she is most famously known. She is quite famous for making female centered content. To put it bluntly I’m in absolute love with her art style. however she does not offer any commissions and as such would like to know if y’all had any more artist who have this similar Josei x BL mix art style.

All credits to her - https://x.com/lyrishidumu

EDIT - I meant josei, it shoujo. Screwed that one up.

What jobs can you get that require heavy lifting and field work?

Howdy y'all.

I was considering a career perhaps somewhere in the environmental field. However, I do like my blue-collar jobs and just hauling big weights or being outside in general. Those jobs, however, do not fulfill the intellectual itch within me nor the capacity for growth within a larger scope. So as such, as someone who loves biology, and is starting to like water science, I was wondering, what jobs would fulfill both itches. Asking right now, considering I have to time wonder around the job field. I just know that I would not really like engineering, as cool as it is, due to the fact that the level of math it requires draws me out. Of course, science also needs math, but there comes a level that a man like me just looks and says, "yeah nah bruh, I'm finna stay clear of ts."
