Is Nothingness sketch? I was thinking about listening to this album, but the cover seems to be paying tribute to Charlie Kirk

Any advice for beating the second front lines section in chapter 2 of Conscript?

I would ask this in a different sub but there isn't one. I've been making my way through Conscript for the first time and am playing on Veteran difficulty. Tbh for as much as I like the game, the front line sections are awful. My current strategy is to wait in the corner next to the explosive barrel before the mounted machine gun. Then when someone walks by, I shoot them, which occasionally ends up in an instant kill. If it doesn't then I'll run around the entrance area taking shots when I can. This works decently but I still end up getting overrun, especially once the trench raiders arrive. I know you can hide in the cellar but I'd rather not do that.

Bonnet doesn't protect my hair while I sleep

So I have about breast-length hair, which I try to protect with a bonnet while I sleep. The issue is that it basically does nothing, I put it on and my curls are equally as flat as they would be without it. I don't think it's an issue of size, because I use about the smallest available size, and clearly my hair is still moving. And I know it can work because once in a while it will and my hair will look nice. My current routine is:

- Bend forward and gather hair in a pineapple using a scrunchie with very loose elastic

- Hook bonnet around the nape of my neck

- Starting at the scrunchie, push hair into bonnet. Usually the idea is to try and keep my hair at the top of my head in a line from my forehead to the back, but usually this doesn't happen

- Stand and pull bonnet down pretty much as far as it goes to try and keep everything at the top

Does the number of subjects even matter for the subjunctive?

The rule of thumb I learned when i was just getting the subjunctive was that you only use the subjunctive when there is more than one subject. However as I've started to learn the finer points of the subjunctive it seems like this rule doesn't really apply. For example, one sentence i saw today was:

"I don't think i can do that."

The two translations I saw were:

"No creo que pueda hacer eso."

"No creo poder hacer eso."

The first one is the one that throws me off, as it seems to break that guideline.
