Will my sweet securely attached male Mainecoon become more snuggly again?
So my sweet Myrrh 🩵 has stolen my heart.. he’s my first cat ever. Weights 13 pounds at 7 months. I’m so excited to see what he grows into as every day he seems to shift… recently, started to become more peach and orange colors, instead of his initial brown, black and white.
But my question! He used to be SO SNUGGLY and glued to me. he recently stopped sleeping with me, wants to be NEAR me, but not on me. He’s definitely securely attached to me because he still follows me from room to room…. But doesn’t want to be held anymore😢 Is this a teenager phase that will change?
He brings toys now to bed super early in the morning instead of coming in for snuggles… he’s still purring, but he wants to play with me, instead of snuggle with me😢🩵
