My case number has been current since February, DS-260 was submitted immediately after selection, and KCC already told me my case is “ready to be scheduled,” but I still haven’t received a 2NL/interview date from the U.S. Embassy in Amman.

Trying to understand whether this is happening to others in Jordan too or if anyone recently got scheduled.
If you’re comfortable sharing: your approximate case number range, whether you’re current, and whether you received an interview yet? That would really help.

So today I got hit with a permanent suspension on my main account (been playing since Season 3), and what makes it even weirder is that I think I also got HWID banned because I can’t access other accounts from my PC either.

I’m honestly completely shocked. I’ve NEVER used cheats, scripts, exploits, third-party software, or anything like that. I wouldn’t risk an account I’ve had for over a decade, especially because I mainly just play Arena nowadays and genuinely enjoy the game.

The only punishment I had on the account was an old chat restriction from a while back. I used to be toxic occasionally in the past, mostly in Arena because I literally never touch Summoner’s Rift or ARAM anymore, but recently I wasn’t even typing much at all.

That’s why this makes zero sense to me. A permanent ban alone would already feel insane, but an HWID ban too? That’s what really makes me think something went wrong.

I already contacted Riot Support and I’m waiting for a response, but I wanted to ask:

Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Has anyone successfully gotten a false ban reversed?

If it really is an HWID ban, what are the chances Riot actually lifts it if it was a mistake?

I’d genuinely appreciate any advice because I honestly believe this has to be some kind of false detection or error.
