Just curious if anyone has any opinions. I've been getting a lot of ads which are likely scams. What's the best way to remove white wispy hair on cheeks and chin?

My 2015 Ford Transit 250 hasn't been started in six months. Auto transmission. Battery died completely and I couldn't afford to replace it. I had other stuff going on in my life, and before you know it, here I am.

Any advice as to what I should do prior to attempting a resurrection?
