Games with unique death animations/game over scenes depending on what kills you

Crash Bandicoot is well known for this, and DOOM (2016) does it too. I just like when the devs aren't afraid to show the actual consequences of your failure!

Cool with gore, but I can take or leave it.

Park district replaced prairie themed mini golf with new "minimalistic" course

Just bought Megabonk and I like the idea, but MAN the constant flashing UI is physically painful. I don't have photosensitive epilepsy and consider myself pretty resistant to flashing lights, but it's SO bright and constantly on and off, especially when opening chests and leveling up. I've turned down all the "flashing" effects in the options, but they don't do anything for those biggest problems. Short of modding the game, is there anything I can do to make it easier on the eyes? If not, I'll probably have to refund.
