My shipment has not moved in nearly a week. I have called FedEx and they say it is just in transit.

I've never had this problem before and I have shipments from the US to UK regularly.

Is this normal?

I bought a new XTS5K model III. I have ADP and FPP on it. It's taking at least 8 minutes to write the codeplug to the radio. Is this normal?

My XTS2500 III with ADP and FPP does not take longer than 40 seconds.
