the first one the colour which was finalised for the nails i ordered from an instagram nail artist. and the second one is the picture of the final product they sent me before dispatch.

i feel like the colour is too different. this is my first time ordering and idk what to do. is this the same colour? how should i go about this? should i ask them to redo these or just pay the remaining amount? I’m quiet socially anxious so idk how to go about it.

the artist is saying that its the same shade but looks different due to base shade, could that be the case? i’ll delete the post soon because i don’t want it to get a lot of traction, i just want some advice on this.

edit : i mentioned it to the artist and they’re saying its the same shade but it looks different from the catalogue because of the base shade. is that true? could that be the case?
