Especially ones that caught fire due to the NTC thermistor issue

"If you have one of the Bambu Lab 3D printers that has caught fire, especially if it's from the NTC thermistor issue, we'd like to hear from you so that we can buy the printer from you and send it to a failure analysis lab. Then I saw Fauxhammers video for the Creator 5 and it seemed like a straight upgrade to the X2D and fixed many issues I had with the Snapmaker U1. Put it an order for the Creator 5 Pro and I'm excited to get it since it will be my first 3D printer. Some of the tradeoffs are unfortunate but overall I'm happy with all the features it offers
