Why does RG Crossbone come with boob-grabbing hands?

I greatly dislike sticker-type decals, especially when placed over a curved surface, but I think I was able to get it looking ok.

I trimmed off the excess around the rim, then cut some notches to help it conform to the curve. I then sealed the edges down with superglue and applied a clear coat over it all.

I didn't feel like purchasing a set of waterslides for a kit I've had in my backlog for literal years.
