I've been using a 10mg pen for 5mg dose, I don't think there is enough for 1 more full (5mg) dose. (I've been having to use an external syringe as the pen malfunctioned)...but i also have some left over from my previous 5mg pen. As the 2 pens have different strengths, can I combine?
I'll most likely be having a hip replacement around October. I've been watching videos on how to prepare for such procedures, and one has said they advise patients to stop GLP-1s for 2 months before the op. That seems an overly long time. I'm seeing the Specialist in a couple of weeks, so I'll definitely check with him, but just wondering what other folks were told in preparation for procedures? I'm terrified of what can happen in those 2 months if it was the case, especially as the Specialist specifically wants me to lose as much weight as possible before he operates!
