I am trying to set up a second account for a marketplace listing so I do not give out my personal cell. I tried two different free numbers from textnow and textfree but whatsapp keeps saying it is not a valid mobile number. Then tried a google voice line and the timer just spins for 5 minutes without any sms showing up. My phone is single sim so getting a physical card is a hassle.
We’re trying to look at a few houses over near Midlothian but my credit union is driving me crazy. They took a week just to look at my initial paperwork and now they're saying they need a hard credit pull before they can even tell me what our monthly payment might look like.
I'm a freelancer so my income fluctuates a bit, and I'm super paranoid about letting them ding my score while we're still just trying to see what we can afford. Has anyone found a local broker who is actually fast and can do a pre-approval with a soft pull? We really want to get moving on this before the summer market gets even crazier.
