Sadly, I'm selling my BMPCC 6k Pro. Marketplace or camera store?

I love my BMPCC, but it has only ever collected dust. I'm now in need of a cinema camera, but since my premium lenses are all RF mount, it makes the most sense for me to sell my gear and buy a C50. Blackmagic cameras are pretty niche; as such, if I attempt to put it on Facebook, will it likely sit there for months on end? If I sell all my camera and EF lenses private party, I can buy the C50 with $0 out-of-pocket. Not sure if it's worth the hassle or the risk, though.

It definitely saddens me to let it go, but for my situation, it makes the most sense. I've always loved BMD's color science. My favorite thing has probably been nerding out with other photographers about it, though. It's always fun when their eyes widen with a "what the hell is that thing?" expression on their faces. I hope BMD comes out with an RF-mount camera at some point, but until then, I'm kind of forced to stick with Canon.

Adding R7 into my (wife’s) repertoire. I’m used to R5II. Any helpful tips before our Alaska trip?

My wife and I are going on an Alaskan cruise in about a week. I just ordered her the R7, an upgrade from the M6 II, since our EF glass is underwhelming. She is a very casual shooter and will rely on my knowledge of photography. I’ll do some testing before the trip, but I am unsure of how extensive the tests will be, since I’ll be pretty busy.

Is there anything I should be aware of or spend extra time practicing? I know I’ll have to be more careful pushing the ISO. I’m more or less wondering if I’m going to encounter a WTF moment when I go to use a feature that apparently doesn’t exist or when I process an image that I thought would be fine but turned out to be hot garbage.

We will be doing some wildlife photography, landscape photography around glaciers and on a train, and general photography aboard the ship.

Thanks!
