Help with advice on prosthetic nail

I recently made a mess of my dominant thumbs nail bed with a circular saw and it won't grow back in a usable way. I'm considering making a kind of ring/nail hybrid to give the finger some support as I need to pick up small objects for my carpentry work.

I understand this might not really be the place to ask for help as it's not a limb or even a digit, but even just if anyone has heard of where I might get advice or see examples of this sort of thing that would be helpful. I'm not even sure what to Google lol. Unfortunately prosthetic nails just gives me aesthetic stuck on ones 😮‍💨 is there a word for what I'm looking for?

Much thanks in advance!

NIKKO TRM40-IC stuck in mono

Hey, I recently got a Nikko amp and it sounds great! But turns out, it could sound even greater!

The guy who sold it to me gave the pots and switches a clean allegedly.

After playing a particularly L/R panned album, I discovered it's only playing out of one channel through both speakers, as if it's stuck in mono mode, even though its on the stereo selection. Stereo and reverse make no change. Funnily it's also the right channel not the left which is the one indicated as the mono channel. This happens on all inputs.

First I tried moving the position of the switch back and forth rapidly. Then I opened it up and had a look at the switch and no solder seemed obviously out of place. Then cleaned the switch with 100% isopropyl alcohol (didn't have dioxite), also to no avail.

There is some green goo about as well, I'm guessing thats just 1960s Japanese loctite?

The only other thing that struck me as odd was there was a couple of cables connected to the transformer(?) that were just loose but spliced together.

Any advice to get the thing into stereo mode would be very appreciated.
