2 tbsps chili flakes
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp msg
1 tbsp soy sauce
Crushed peanuts
1/2 tsp onion powder
-6-8 Szechuan peppercorns (ground)
1 star anise
Lemon grass
1/2 tsp sugar
Maggie seasoning liquid 1 tsp
Fried onion (store bought)
Fry garlic in hot oil then strain and set aside. Then add in the hot oil over the chili mixture and let it cool down. Then add in the fried garlic to avoid burning
