I’m currently trying to meal prep and these holes are consistent in all 5 slices of my beef bottom round steaks. Didn’t notice when I purchased. I squared the fats off that had them since I wasn’t trying to waste food

Roast spoilage ?

I accidentally forgot about my roast in the fridge for about a week after I froze it. Do I really have to throw this whole thing away? I wanted to slow cook it. It does look a bit questionable but damn..
