Last 3 days I'm something like 6-25 W/L. Doesn't matter how well I play. Was crushing through D3 and then get hit with this bs. Guess I'll never be Crim. GGs boys.

Specs : 9800x3d, RTX 5080, 2TB Samsung EVO Plus
Brand new PC build. Not even a month old.
Just yesterday, it started randomly having these moments of slowing down dramatically to the point where clicking on anything doesn't render a response for several seconds.
This has happened about 3 times since yesterday, and never when playing a game, only when on the desktop or using the browser. Two of the times, it eventually fixed itself and sped back up, except this last time I had to restart the PC.
I checked the task manager, and both CPU and Memory are at normal usage with nothing standing out as being abnormal. Ran a scan for malware, and it found nothing. The PC is also not overheating.
Any ideas on what to check or do?
