PS5 v Xbox aiming problems

I have played Apex Legends for 4 years. I'm a daily player, but (I assume primarily because of my age...i'm 56) i'm mediocre in skill.

My question is - I play mostly on Xbox, but sometimes i move to Playstation so that i my daughter and i can play together - she gets the xbox. I started on PS, but now that i've been primarily on xbox for several years, i've run into a problem.

On Xbox i'm fairly accurate. Nothing stupendous, but i can one-clip an enemy pretty reliably as long as i'm not surprised or forgot to reload.

On PS....even turning my ADS per optic down as low as i can, my movement is so bloody fast i can't control it. I've had my daughter (younger with much faster reflexes) try it, and shown her my settings, and she's baffled too. I have all of them at 2 or 1 for cryin' out loud, and i still can't control the gun. it swings so fast I have no hope of hitting anything. Then sometimes i'm suddenly moving so slowly that I go turn it back up...with predictable results.

This all started after one of the big updates at lesat a year ago. this is NOT NEW.

I have to be missing something. What settings can I try to adjust to help? what settings do you need me to share with you to see how i have it set up? i mostly use default settings, except FOV and button layout - i use button masher (or whatever it's called) to swap sqat/slide with punch. Otherwise i don't mess with the settings because, frankly, i don't understand a lot of them and don't want to much things up.

help?

Zayzoon use by employees

Does anyone have experience with your PEO offering Zayzoon as a service to their employees, and have an employee use it?

For those that don't know, it is a payday loan service, offered through a payroll company usually. the employee can download an app, and that app will list "available" funds...i have never installed it to see what it looks like, but what i've seen others say about it, it is set up similar to a business line of credit, or home equiity line of credit. it looks like you have XYZ amount of money to take whenever you want. they tell you it's a loan, but in the app it appears it is shown as if that money is just there for you. i've read up on it, and some places say there's no fee at all, no interest. others say there is a $5 per transaction fee. i'm not sure which is accurate. the money is direct deposited to your bank account, and then is supposed to be automatically deducted from your next pay.

I can't go into details due to privacy issues, but, how would you handle it if an employee is, imho, overusing Zayzoon? this employee has had their hours reduced due to lack of performance, and they immediately started taking out large numbers of withdrawals from Zayzoon. From what HR can see, this employee is taking out several thousand dollars every pay period, but zayzoon is only deducting the most recent "loan" (or part of it) on the followup pay. ( This person is only working 16 hours a week.

It appears this person has taken out many times their normal pay in loans. it has been going on for 18 months, but ramped up after hours were cut 3 months ago.

When i discussed it with our PEO, they tell me it will not affect me or my business, that it is an agreement between the employee and zayzoon, and it doesn't affect my credit, that neither I nor my company will be requried to pay it back. The PEO contacted Zayzoon, and they claim the employee is up to date, paying back every loan on the next pay. We sent the PEO the records of transactions, showing that it does not appear they are getting anywhere near their money back. that the total debt is increasing at an alarming rate. i don't know what glitch is letting this employee do this, but from what we can see, something is wrong. I am awaiting their reply.

I have the ability to disable the service for all employees. none of my other employees use it. I have known about these increasing debts for a few weeks, and had chosen to stay out of it. but..the totals keep getting higher, and higher. i'm scared it will come back on me and my company. i am scared that when the hammer finally falls and this person is told to pay it back, this person will harm us in their desperation. this employee has access to passwords for our credit cards and bank accounts. i have been slowly changing the most dangerous ones and removing their access, and i have cameras in my office to watch for any theft. i can't fire them because of other issues (due to previous actions i could be accused of retaliation if i now terminate them. i have discussed this with my PEO and my attorney).

thoughts? would you turn it off? even if you are assured it would not harm you or your business? would you pull the plug and deal with the panic when the employee discovers the tap is finally off?
