Hi everyone,

I recently had my Cognizant interview. The interviewer asked me 3–4 technical questions, a few scenario-based questions, asked me to introduce myself, tell them about my city, and also asked about my preferred work location.

The interview went well overall, but I still haven't received any update or response. It's been making me a bit anxious.

Has anyone else experienced the same? How long did it take for you to receive the next update after the interview? Any insights would be really helpful.

Hi everyone,

I have received my TCS offer letter and my joining date is 16th July. I uploaded all my required BGC/onboarding documents before the 3rd July deadline, but all my documents are still showing "Approval Pending."

I'm a bit worried because my joining date is getting close. Has anyone else faced the same situation? Did your documents get approved later, or did TCS ask you to re-upload any documents?

If anyone has gone through this process or has any idea about what usually happens, please let me know. Your experience or suggestions would be really helpful.
