Anyone ever start artist alley later in life?

I am just a few months shy of 40 and have only started vending conventions within the past year. My main focus is chainmaille and stickers, but I have a few earrings and pins in addition as well. My table set up looks split, with one half being the jewelry, and the other being stickers. My name something along the lines of "XXXX AND YYYY" , even though it is all just me. The designs are basically things I like such as characters from my favorite shows and games, some cryptids, and animals.

Now I have been doing craft fairs for years, but I feel like I have finally found my niche. My sales have previously been all over the place, but if it is an "alt" craft fair, con, and some random holiday markets I make at least what I would working a week of my day job.

A lot of artists I notice are on the young side, or very established if they are around my age. On the other hand I vend next to retired old ladies at craft fairs.

How do I report self employment income?

ETA Wisconsin I vend at the local farmer's market and craft fairs. I do make enough that I have to file taxes. This is in addition to my regular job. I am paid mostly in cash, so there would be no paystubs. The income also varies a lot, since there is no wage. How do I report this?

What is your favorite way to display stickers?

I have seen several different ways, like the customer telling you what they want from a grid panel, grab and go from a pop up, and trading card binders.

I got an email today from 2 of the 5 districts that I work for that they will be switching to edustaff next year (edit: from Kelley, and this is just after the TOC switch). What are your thoughts if you have experience with them? Also I have not been able to find a list of all of the districts that they serve, does anyone know where that is located on their site?
