BAGAIL compression cubes for carry-on trips actually worth it?

A few days ago I was preparing for a short trip and realized how disorganized my luggage usually becomes after only one day. Clothes mixed together. Chargers disappearing somewhere inside the bag. Dirty laundry touching clean clothes. It sounds small but it gets annoying during travel.

That made me start looking into compression packing cubes. At first they honestly felt like one of those travel products people hype too much online. Some looked useful while others felt unnecessary. Some reviews said they save a lot of space while others claimed they mainly help with organization.

Later while checking different travel gear options and marketplaces including alibaba I noticed there are many variations now. Some cubes focus on compression while some focus more on lightweight materials and waterproof fabric. Some travelers seem to care mostly about keeping things organized while others want to maximize carry-on space for longer trips.

Now I am wondering if the real value of packing cubes is less about saving space and more about making travel feel easier and less chaotic overall.

Made-in-China vs Alibaba for supplier sourcing?

I’ve been looking at both lately and was wondering which one people here have actually had better luck with when sourcing suppliers?

Made-in-China has been surprisingly useful for finding actual manufacturers

Been spending the last few weeks researching suppliers for a sourcing project and one thing I noticed is that a lot of platforms are flooded with trading companies pretending to be factories.

After digging through different supplier directories, Made-in-China has actually been a bit easier for filtering industrial manufacturers and OEM-focused suppliers compared to what I expected.

Still doing proper due diligence of course, factory videos, certifications, sample testing, smaller trial orders first, etc. But the supplier filtering process has felt cleaner so far.

Biggest thing I’ve learned recently is that communication quality usually tells you more than pricing does. The suppliers that answer technical questions clearly and consistently tend to be far easier to work with later during production and shipping.

Just sharing because I know a lot of people here are dealing with sourcing headaches lately.

How are small MSPs calculating ROI before adding new tools/vendors?

Been reworking our pricing lately and realized ROI is harder to estimate than I expected once support time and onboarding get involved.

How are you guys usually evaluating whether a new vendor/service is actually profitable before rolling it out to clients? Flat margin target? Hour estimates? Something else?
