We need to talk about Proodle paid
(This is gonna be a long rant, there is a TLDR at the end)
I shifted from darling spl to proodle paid this month in the hope of increasing my protein intake. And also I heard many ppl from paid mess saying the food is of higher quality(imma kill them if i meet them again).
First lets get started with the chicken curries. I aint kidding I counted 5 pieces in my curry, FIVE FUCKING PIECES and the cherry on top, they were entirely made up of bone and cartilage and the little amount of meat was undercooked. And also i cant order it twice as I would run out of credits. Chicken 65 was somehow even worse. Tandoori chicken is so small af.
Coming to veg, Paneer curry was mid but the pieces were so hard. Paneer tikka, This has to be the 2nd worst thing I put in my mouth in this entire year. They were so flavourless and the quantity is so less again 5 FUCKING PIECES and I was struggling to complete those 5 pieces due to the fact they so TRASH!!!!!!!. The veg fried rice, I thought nothing could be worse than the paneer tikka but oh boy the veg fried rice didn't disappoint me, it had no taste and its so oily MY GOD. The gobi 65 was again bad.
The only decent things in the menu are the dosa's, chicken fried rice, chicken noodles and sometimes the biryani.
Leaving the food aside lets talk about the service. They are SEVERELY understaffed, there are big lines which are slow moving especially during lunch and only 3 ppl are handling the billing. [And cherry on top there are few motherfucking assholes who cut the line and have the audacity to argue when I asked them to get out of the line.( There this one guy who does it almost regularly and I swear everyday its getting hard to control the urge to beat the LIVING HELL OUT OF THAT MOTHERFUCKER) I HOPE ALL THESE LINE CUTTERS ROT IN HELLL..........]
Coming back to the service, there are 2 ppl making the dosas, one person for non veg stuff and one person for the veg stuff which is clearly not enough they increase the staff. Also unlike other messes ppl here leave their used plates on the tables and the worst part is the cleaners entertain it, they dont stop them and pickup their plates but the mess is already crowded and in peak times there is no space for everyone to sit and they clearly struggle to clean the table, take their plates out and refill the jugs and glasses. and this entire operation is handled by 5 FUCKING PPL who also btw go to serve at counters so its just 2 ppl at a given time. So good luck finding unused glasses or jugs filled with water.
Also the ventilation, they have no ceiling fans and all are wall mounted fans which cant move an inch of air in the middle of the hall and cherry on top HALF OF THEM AINT EVEN WORKING. I literally sweat while standing in the queue to collect my food. and again these line cutting motherfuckers spawn in between. How do justify being built into a deluxe block and have no ac?????? Fuck ac atleast give us some ceiling fans or atleast fix those fan you already have.
Idk how ppl can even eat this shit on a regular basis and also call it good. I used to complete my dinner in 20-30 minutes now thats how long i wait in the queue.Idk how I can survive this month there. I cant wait to go back to Darling. I am sorry for cheating on you darling and I will never leave you again.
TLDR: The food is trash . The gravies have FIVE FUCKING PIECES. The wait time is long. Its severely understaffed. Its like a fucking sauna. Darling is goated
