I was wondering what else could be used instead of menstrual blood in blood love magic? I haven’t had a menstrual cycle in over a year since having a nexplanon for 2 years now. I’ve been practicing for about 4 years and this will be my first time doing blood magic. Should I just wait until I finally do get a period? Or does regular blood also work fine? Or is there any substitutes?
I'm starting to notice that whenever I meditate with Lilith and/or with Hecate I get a lot of signs and OMG it's amazing that they respond so fast like for Example a few days I was meditating with Lilith and the next day I get a video on Liith and Hecate and then a few days ago I came across a post on both of them as well as other deities and I always ask myself wow how do they do it?
I see a lot of posts about people being overworked and underpaid. I'm here with the opposite, today I signed paperwork to get a $2.75 RAISE!
Last week the president of our company came down for a walk through. In the meeting, I received numerous compliments about how hard I work and how clean our plant is.
For some background, when I came into this position they only had a company coming in to clean the bathrooms and break room once a week. Everything was trashed, grimey, stinky, you name it. When I started as a Custodian I worked my ass off getting the plant where it needed to be.
In 10 months, I've successfully built a Custodial department that is currently growing to 9 people total. I'm the Lead, so I direct my team (currently only two other people). The company president came to me and encouraged me to keep up the great work and that I deserved a raise. At the end of the month I'll be making $20.25/hr and will be looking at a Custodial Supervisor position, which will come with another raise and more benefits.
I'm here to say, keep working hard! You never know when the right person is going to notice!

I just got this on 4/29. Out of 6 tattoos, only my first one has color to it. I love it, but prefer to get tattoos that don't have colors to them.
I knew as soon as I saw this that I would once again forego the color, but almost everyone who's seen it has told me that was a mistake and I should have at least gotten the alien in color.
My question is, would it have played out better with color? Would it make sense to have color added after it's healed, or would it make it look worse? I've never questioned my decisions with my own body art based on outside opinions, but the constant "Why no color?" questions have me second guessing myself.
