Conversacion with my bf the other day

Context: i have a benign wart in my back that is like pea sice

Him: are you gonna get rid of that wart in your back?

Me: no, is benign, the doctor check It out

Him: but is ugly

Me: and? I don't care, as long as is not harmfull im ok with It, i don't need a minor surgery just because of aestetics, also why do you care so much is just a wart?

Him, sigh is because is a Witch wart

Note: he ask that because he is more worry than me about aestetics in general, not other reasons
