Follow up- 2026 CRV hybrid sport - L carpet issue
Got the car back after the dealership refused to replace the carpet. I currently have a case opened with Honda USA as a refusal of service. They will be contacting me sometime this week and then contacting the dealership. Other videos to follow

2026 Honda CRV Carpet issue
we just bought a new 2026 Honda CRV hybrid Sport-L and noticed the carpet is raised and smushy in areas through out the flooring of the car. Corners can be pushed in as well as the main floor board. It’s as if the carpet is not secured to the floor board. Brought it to the dealer to be replaced and they ordered the new carpet. Come time for install the Service tech team is refusing to do it and pulled 3 other CRV’s to compare and states this is just how it is and won’t replace it. Is anybody else’s carpet the same?

We had a 2025 RAV4 XLE but it got totaled in an accident (rear ended by a dodge ram dualie) the 2026 version has worse interior, worse exterior and is more expensive so we made the switch to Honda
