Does Forge needs a buff?

+1 inherent production, perhaps? Maybe even +5% to the overall production? +2 to Iron instead of +1 is too strong I think. Neither I see other resources to be buffed with it. Copper? But then it will be too strong since you won't need only Iron to build it? Even worse if you mod Copper to be affected by Mint too (I think it's fine to make it simply an analogue of Silver and Gold in that regard, altought not immersive; Copper is a weird one).

Compared to Stable:

Cons

- Comes with way later, more costly and less desired technology in terms of pathing;

- Costier to build;

- Improves 1 uncommon resource instead of 1 uncommon and 2 common ones.

- Poland has a UB replacement.

Pros

- Gives production bonus to all ground units instead of just mounted (and includes mounted too). But you won't always build military, especially in non-domination, so eh.

UPD: Well here's the mod haha, +1 inherent Production: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3786293189

Made a mod to buff Caravansary (again)

Based on Ryika's "Caravansary Trade Routes" and on my "Caravansary +Gold Oases", this mod adds +2 gold maintenance to Caravansary, +1 gold from Oases worked by the city with it, and +1 trade route slot for each built.

*Supports Russian localization.

*Goes well with my "Harbor Sea Resources +Gold Buff and 3UC Cothon Fix" and "East India Company +1 Trade Route" mods for more trade buffs.

+Trade route slot is a huge buff warranting an increased maintenance, and +gold from Oases I just really like thematically (Arabia, Morocco, and desert cities say thanks).

Not sure where to put my city

I think the jungle one.

I'm Portugal with Tradition, gotta go big on coastal empire fantasy. I'm thinking the in-land one between two rivers is the worst, then banana. Best should be either desert hills or that jungle tile, not sure which. They both will get 10 workable tiles eventually (disregarding later tech reveals), yet jungle will get the most early, but no river, no hill, and no solar plant later. Each Iron source has only 2 iron iirc, and I have a mod to have more iron requirements for units, so this should be valuable, also with my other cities having little iron. I don't really want to put multiple cities in the north either, rather just 1. Jungle one should have a great quick grow I feel.

Porto has modded "Tin" resource underneath if anyone's wondering, which gives +1 production to the tile, and also will get +1 from Smelter modded building later, so this was another good reason to settle exactly there (and the south-east territory is meh). Also edges a desert, so solar plant later yay. By the way, is it normal that Tin's icon is not shown anymore, is this normal behavior if you settle on bonus resource? You can see it on hover, but not on the map by itself anymore. Same for luxury ones, right?

Pins curtesy of "UI - Map Pins".

Is there a mod to preview tile yields like in EUI?

I mean to see future improvements with yields from them, on tile hover, including bonus from research, and defensive terrain bonus or penalty too. Would've been great for modded resources.

If not, wonder if it's hard to create one. EUI has lots of nice features I wish would've been separate from the whole package, don't like how busy it is.

This game is a looter shooter

Because I can't stop looting all them bodies (only to die half-a-minute later).

Btw actually a good strategy, that is if your hoarder dude dies and your squad is near, next person can loot them and keep the stash going.
