How to host server on personal computer using 3rd party app

Hello everyone!
I have a quick question for y'all. I am trying to set up a server for foundry so i can host my dnd game but can't do port forwarding due to living at dorm. Is there a way to host it via some 3rd party app like Hamachi? I know there is the option to pay 5$ a month but i am looking for alternatives

First go at a world map for homebrew campaign

Nothing much to be added, this my first go at making a world map for my homebrew campaign. I cannot say it has the most realistic geography but i gave it my best shot.
The most i can do with the free version.
