30" Induction Recommendation with Rectangle Element for Griddle?

I'm looking for a 30" range with a bridged element for a griddle. I want to ensure that a rectangular griddle will heat evenly across the surface.

Any recommendations? I have an existing 40A connection, so I should be able to handle most ranges I think.

Request - Sanity Check on 150k service on 2014 Accord (Timing Chain, Valve Gasket, Spark Plugs, VTC, etc)

I'm a reasonably competent "home" mechanic, but I don't have the time currently to complete a bunch of maintenance items on a 2014 Accord LX, so I'm calling around asking for quotes. I know all of the items below in total aren't cheap, but I'd like to get another 50-100k miles out of this car (currently ~140k miles).

Request - Does the list below make sense? Is there anything I'm overlooking that could/should also be done? My goal is to maximize the "repair time" value and of course minimize labor cost.

Car Info:

  • 2.4L Accord LX (4 cylinder?)
  • 140k miles

Items to Repair

  1. Valve Cover Gasket --> Replace along with PCV valve
  2. Timing Cover/Chain --> Reseal and replace timing chain + VTEC/VTC solenoids/actuator
  3. Serpentine Drive Belt --> Replace
  4. Spark Plugs --> Replace along with grommets

Question - Other Items to Review/Repair (While doing the above):

  1. Water Pump --> While the engine is torn down?
  2. Passenger Side Engine Mount --> Inspect for wear, maybe replace?
  3. Valve Clearance --> Verify set properly (should be easy to do along with Timing Chain & Valve Cover Gasket?)
  4. Crankshaft Seal --> Also a good item to replace? Mechanic says it's leaking (which tracks as I know I'm losing a bit of oil over an oil change lifetime)

Questions About Mechanic Quote

  1. The mechanic is telling me that the Valve Cover Gasket is in a separate part of the engine from the Timing Chain... and that's not what my research is showing. Shouldn't it be cheaper (labor wise) to do these things all at once?

Appreciate any advice and tips!
