ELI5: What is “good fat”?
I see this term used all the time when talking about healthy foods to eat, but I have no idea how it’s different from “bad fat”.

I’ve maintained for a while that the sous vide makes the biggest difference on pork chops. But that’s been surpassed by chicken drumsticks. 165F for 6 hours.
Has anyone done longer than 6 hours? That’s the longest amount of recommended time I found with a quick Google search, but I think 8 hours could be worth a shot.
Do they tell you over the phone? Send someone to your house? Have you come to the hospital? Is it different if it’s military vs your spouse dying in a car accident vs your child dying in a car accident?
