Tightness or looseness

I have cystitis, vaginismus, a sedentary lifestyle due to other health problems, and issues with anxiety and stress. Also, coxis pain and overall low back pain including my hips.

I would like to know how to determine if my pelvic floor needs strengthening or relaxation. I haven't yet found a specialist in this in my country, and other doctors think this therapy is ineffective.

I don't want to be celibate

I get aroused, my bladder swells, and my urethra hurts. I have an orgasm, and I'm in hell.

I can't have penetration. It's impossible; it won't go in. It hurts, and for some reason, I also have pain at the entrance of my vagina (with redness).

No urologist is helpful (they just tell me it's cystitis or yeah, those symptoms are not normal and then they do nothing about it)), and no gynecologist is helpful (they just say, "Oh yes, it's red, and it shouldn't be").

If I do anything sexual, even the slightest thing, I have horrible symptoms for days on end.

Useless doctors

I had a cystoscopy a few months ago. "Small wounds and inflammation." They told me "cystitis" and that was it.

Well, an urologist I saw later prescribed tamsulosin, and it only made it worse, so I stopped taking it. I was also recommended amitriptyline (they told me I have to take it permanently), but I couldn't tolerate it.

This was after going to several urologists who only gave me referrals for basic urine and blood tests over and over again. All the results were always fine.

I've had this for years, and it's only gotten worse. I'm extremely tired, inflamed and in pain every day, in addition to other health problems that also go untreated because all the doctors I see are useless.
