I use an intimate rose dilator but have read that some people can put dilators into the anus and just leave them there?

This is a physical impossibility for me and I thought it was normal.

The second I let go it begins to squeeze out, and if I didnt intervene it would be out within 4-5 seconds.

This is a natural reflex and it is impossible for me to stop this so during sessions I have to hold it in constantly.

Is this normal or do other people find they can be left in?

I have tried breathing and relaxing the muscles but nothing works.

None of the nerve medications work and none of the muscle relaxant medications work well, so I am left with only opioids to try and take away the burning/stabbing/ throbbing pain.

I have been given Tramadol, but because I am on Nortryptyline I am concerned about Serotonin syndrome.

Has anyone else used a different opioid and had any relief?

Ive been using a hair system for 4 years now, and have a guy who fits them who I get on really well with.

However I am a little concerned because hes not very approachable about change and what I want as a customer and I'm beginning to feel unsatisfied with the overall look/feel of my systems.

He has always used a skin system colour number 2 and I find the system always lightens in the sun- as I have an outdoor job. Does this happen on all systems? People with naturally dark hair dont lighten or go reddish so why does this?

Also I am debating going back to lace or at least lace front as I find the skin system keeps receding at the front and leaving a noticeable hairline where the skin shows but hair is coming out.

What do people recommend lace or skin?
