I am seeing conflicting information about baby changing bag allowance- previously I could have my own checked bag, plus the small carry on , now I'm not so sure
Is this still allowed in addition to your own small personal bag? ?
Recently started sleep training maybe 2 weeks ago. Baby sleeps from 8 ish p.m. and wakes up around 8:00 a.m. he wakes up maybe three times within the first 2 hours but can easily be put back to sleep or we've started to leave him cry a bit and he settles himself down quickly.
However, at 3:00 a.m. he consistently wakes up. We have tried leaving him to cry and also dried breastfeeding but he could feed for hours and doesn't seem to sleep well after this waking. He only started waking up at 3:00 a.m. when we started the sleep training. Any advice on how to fix this? I would love a decent night's sleep!
Also - His naps are also fairly good ( I think ) after between 2 and 2 and 1/2 hours wake time in the morning. He goes for an hour and a half nap. He can be awake for another 2 to 3 hours and then has another hour and a half nap. He rarely goes past 3 hours of nap in total between the 2 naps .
We found this old wooden toy in the attic and would love to restore it - paint is chipped in parts but otherwise good.
Any advice on restoring the paint in a child friendly way ? Assumption is that the little one will put it in his mouth

It doesn't seem that doing a full app update is worth it to eg push some content text post , small audio file etc every week , as some people never update apps at all, plus the Google approval process .
Is there a lightweight service that can push small content to apps ?
