Can someone please help me value my 151 collection?

Hello everybody, I’ve come to the point where I’d like to value my Pokémon 151 collection. I have included pictures of everything.

The two ETB’s are full of bulk. The Zard is a PSA 8. My Collectr app says the cards in the binder (and the snorlax promos) are around $2225.

I guess I’m trying to see the values of all the extra promos, tins and boxes… plus the cards. I’m not sure if having this as a set makes it more valuable or if it’s worth parting out.

Please feel free to ask for any information.

What would cause every light in my brand new built house to intermittently flicker? It appears to be getting worse.

Closed and moved in last Wednesday. Since I moved in the lights all throughout the house have been flickering and have been getting worse. I assume that has to do with setting up the rooms and plugging more stuff in.

I’d post a video but this sub won’t let me.

Anyways does anyone have any idea?

Also, because I know people will ask, I contacted the contractor who got me in touch with the electrician. The electrician read my text early in the day but hasn’t replied back. I plan on calling tomorrow.
