I know this is subject to opinions and preferences, but who besides HK themselves makes the best mp5k platform and really what sets themselves apart from the other clones.

I am wanting it for a fun toy, it will probably get a frt in it. It may get a suppressor.

I may buy this one as a HK sp5k because I want to build a full-size clone with the integrated suppressor as well so I can have one of each but my budget is clone for right now. This especially higher on the list since I’m a goa member and live in a state under the 5th circuit ruling for a no form4 suppressor.

Looking to capitalize on a potential freedom week if any dealer are willing to follow suit with silencerco private transfer.

So I am just starting to look into solar. Where I currently live power is so cheap it’s hard to justify the payment. I am looking at jobs in Nevada and Arizona and their power is much more expensive.

My question is. How hard would it be to go from the panels to batteries (I will use 2-3 Tesla wall panels as my example) and have the house use the battery power as primary power. Any excess that can’t be stored goes to net metering and it can swap to “shore power” if the batteries have issues and then switch back to batteries once the issue is resolved.

I want to make sure that as much of my solar is used for me and not sent onto the grid.

I would go off grid but Nevada passed laws about that and I’m unsure but I suspect Arizona would be about the same.

I’m curious about working in a refinery. What’s it’s like, typical work schedules,major risks (life/health/safety), typical benefits, outlook for job security, and are they typically union?

I’ve worked power plants. I’m currently a control room operator for a 2x1 combined cycle in utah. Many of my friends and family worked in the oil fields and travel a lot but i like being home with my family and i dont think i could compete with the young guns.

Power utilities will be the small fish in the pond really quick with the datacenter boom and them all making island power to supply their energy. Data centers are know for not paying as well as other industries so I think they will dilute the work force, under cut union strength with cheap labor to throw off state wages.

I’ve worked coal plants, and natural gas power plants. I would like to just talk to people and find out what it’s like in that industry, where one would look if I wanted to change, and anything a newer person with industrial experience should look for as entry level or mid tier if that’s even possible.

So, I have been battling with equifax for about 6 months about unlocking/unfreezing/releasing any and all holds on my credit report. I have been sending in letters to their costumer dispute proving who I am with the letter to release everything to anyone that is trying to request my credit report.

I have gotten nowhere and interest rates have gone up making my refi seem less like a good idea. I am to the point that I can sue them in small claims court for 15k in Utah for damages and about to go that route next but if anyone knows any way to get this resolved I would like to know.

I am always talking to someone with an Indian accent, and they always claim they cannot hear me very well when I have full bars on my phone. I am calling again on Monday and will keep asking for a manager until I find out who is in charge there, but I am at wits end with Equifax.

Can someone in Arizona tell me if Capital Power is union or not? I emailed the hall to ask but I want to reach out here to find out before the bid closes.

It’s a control room operator position. I’m hoping they have a pension like SRP does. My utility in Utah has crap for benefits.
