Hey everyone, I really need some honest advice.

So there’s an education/training organization in my country that says they also operate in Australia. They’re offering a Certificate III course, but the fees are quite high.

What’s making me confused is — they’re also claiming that after this, they can provide sponsorship for around 2 years (they mentioned something like a 482 visa). They also said there’s a pathway to PR later on.

A few things that are making me unsure:

• They’re accepting students even with academic gaps
• They’re kind of “guaranteeing” sponsorship/work opportunities
• The whole process sounds a bit too smooth compared to what I know about Australian visas

For context, my previous visa got rejected, so I’m being extra careful this time.

Has anyone here come across something like this? Is this a legit pathway or does it sound like a scam?

I’d really appreciate any advice before I make a decision.
