I've been seeing folks adding creamer and sparkling drinks together and thought that sounded pretty good. This combo definitely reminds me of an Italian soda, and the Trader Joe's Amarena cherries make a delightful addition. Add a cherry (or two) and then drizzle some of the cherry juice on top of the drink. Here I'm using Califia Sweet Crème almond creamer and Polar Strawberry Crème seltzer water with the Trader Joe's Amarena cherries.

I mixed lemon curd with some whipped cream cheese to make a light icing for these Madeleine cookies. It turned out very tasty! 🍋
