"tactical" back quiver

I know the general opinion by a lot are that back quivers are impractical but i have been training my speed shooting recently and want a back quiver for my advancement in the skill. I came across this on a reel of a reel and wanted to ask if anyone knew where I could buy one from? Or if it's maybe just a custom home built/3D printed quiver. I will settle for a leather one but being able to "load in" a kind of magazine seems easier than taking off my quiver to refill it.

I'm curious how many people use the thumb draw and also how many people use a thumb ring. Do you use a thumb ring some of the time and sometimes don't?

The reason I'm curious is because I have a thumb ring but I prefer to shoot without a ring, tho my thumb is getting bruised and it's hard to shoot. Do you take a day in between shooting to help your thumb heal or do you use a thumb ring when it starts to hurt so you can keep practicing? I ask because I have noticed I can comfortably shoot a lot more arrows down range than I used to and I want to keep shooting but like I said my thumb just can't take it.

I'm interested in getting others opinions on what spine flex they like to use. I'm shooting a 30lbs tatar horse bow with a thumb draw. I understand why the flex in the arrow for a traditional bow but I'm also aware that my khatra allows me to negate the need for a flexible arrow however I got new arrows and I'm starting to rethink my approach on how I like to shoot.

For context I've always trained thumb draw with a 30lbs and always with 400SP arrows. As I progressed I learnt how to be loose in the grip of my bow hand to let the bow do the work almost letting go of the bow to let it swing forward a little. Now when I used my new arrows with a 600SP rating I realized I had to change the way I shoot and when I tightened my grip on the bow a little in the khatra and got my grouping smaller and what seemed like a faster flight to the target (tho these arrows are shorter and thinner by 1" and .01mm respectively resulting in the higher fps). However, I'm curious, is it a better technique to let the khatra flow and use stiffer arrows? Or will I benefit in the long run for tuning my arrows earlier on for the bow I'm using? What bow does everyone else like to use? And what arrows are the best for that bow and the way you shoot?
