[homemade] Japanese curry with Vegetarian Katsu

Posting some old creations, I used to post them on my Instagram account somewhere along the way and I just stopped posting my food creations there.

But anyways, I got Japanese curry pods at the local supermarket here and thought why not give it a shot. Would highly recommend.

Especially if you wanna batch Cook.

[homemade] Made Flammkuchen for the first time....won't be the last

Had flammkuchen at my work once and thought it was just bloody fantastic, so simple yet satisfying.... Got some flammkuchen dough sheets and added some of my favourite toppings

Sour cream + mozzarella

Zucchini thinly sliced

Onions wafer thin

Blanched spinach

Yellow bell peppers
