Looking for a book from the 1960s with a painting of a man on the front page

Hey there!

On one of the subs i found a book, on its front page is a painting of a man sitting on a chair i think, it was written that its a very life changing book and that it was written in the 60s I cant recall exactly, and that i think it might be part of a 3 book series the 3rd book surely being written in the 70s

Sadly i thought i saved that post but did not... i recall that on goodreads was 4.1🤔🤣

Thx if u can help!:)

Im a new guy in the HI business, 26, pls help🥹🥲😅

So basically it all started 1.5 months ago, ive only been getting hives, not so many like maximum 5cm2 at a time, i went to my GP, sent me to to check my allergies i have none haha, now i wait for gastro check up, sadly my country's healthcare is so bad, if i dont wanna pay hundreds of euros out of pocket i gotta wait, since i wasnt quite able to filter out what food gave me hives since onde day gluteny things gave me, other day dont, yesterday i was my own lab rat and ate 200g of peanuts on an empty stomach to see if i have HI ptoblems, and bobs your uncle i got hives haha, so im quite sure im currently having a mild form of histamin intolarance, which is slowly advancing because 2 days ago, after eating yeast containing pastry i got a super dense brain fog haha, after which i went to sleep, cause i wont suffer with work like that🤣, so i wanna cure this thing, im quite sure i have some kind of a stomach problem, i can feel it, but by the time i get to the Doctor, can people tell me, what helped them to recover either totally etc, tbh currently the idea of living a half-life meaning not being able to eat things that i love "just because they have histamine in them" wont be an option in the long run haha, but as a starter im willing to do everything so i repair my stomach and guts etc, thank you for your help!

Hey there, so basically about 1.5 months ago I ate a Pizza Hut 4-cheese pizza and got really strong hives. Since then, I’ve been getting them over and over again.

I’ve tried eliminating different foods. First I cut out wheat completely, then milk. I haven’t been eating either of those, but I still get hives.

They usually come out in like maximum 1.5 after finishing eating.

Never been allergic to anything before...

Luckily when it comes out (the hives) it usually is like max 10cm2 and disappears in maximum 1 hour after appearing

Today I ate potato stew (no meat, nothing unusual), and I still got them.

Tomorrow I’m going to the doctor because I’m starting to go a bit crazy, but I wanted to ask if anyone has gone through this before.

Thanks in advance!
