What do I need to do to get rid of the redness and the acne-like stuff? I am sick of these things.. I don’t want to squeeze them as They don’t feel like acnes.

I have been using LRP C12 and metronidazol for 1 month. One night c12 and one night metronidazol. But it don’t seem to be working..
