I have had a therapist in past who judged my problems & compared me with her issues just to show how big her problems were compared to me .

One thing to keep in mind that is I was just 15 & she was 35 or something

I told her any issues of mine she would immediately tell her own story & compared them by saying 'see my issues are way bigger & still I am here your are nothing compared to me you shouldn't react this way'
