I’m considering this vehicle and wondering if the grand touring is worth it. I drive a 2-4 hours 3-4days a week for work, so I am gassing up fairly often. How much does the hybrid save on gas?

Do you notice a difference in power and acceleration?

I will not be buying new. Probably 23,24,or 25 so please give the good and bad of those years.
My sister had a 2018 Navigator. She loved it, but man that thing was always in the shop. Has the reliability improved? Thank you!

I’m in perimenopause and having almost constant migraines. I see a neurologist and I’ve tried almost all the medications available. Nothing is working. I’m on HRT, but the doctor who prescribes it isn’t a specialist in menopause or migraines.

I‘m hoping some of you ladies can point me in the direction of a doctor that is well versed in migraines during perimenopause. I know there has to be someone. I’m on the east coast, but willing to travel.

I need help! I’ve seen the same neurologist for a long time. Like 15 years. When my migraine was episodic, his treatment was fine. But I’m in perimenopause and having almost constant migraines. (I’m on HRT and it does help.) My neurologist is trying medication aftear medication, but there is no discussion of things like vagal nerve stimulation, autonomic dysfunction, keto, salt intake, etc.

I live on the east coast, but I’m willing to travel. Who is the best?

Edit: I’m looking for specific neurologists that people have worked with. Telling me to use a specific search or a particular website or certification is not what I’m asking.

Anyone else have an increase in thyroid antibodies on Vyepti? I have no idea if this is the reason for the increase in my anti thyroglobulin level, but studies do say monoclonal antibodies can cause thyroiditis. Apparently it’s more common with the monoclonal antibodies used to treat cancer. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. Vyepti has been a godsend for me, but man…this has me a bit concerned.
