Maine, USA!! Taken in early April! I visually love tornadoes (insanely) so I’m hesitant to say this was a funnel cloud, because for one I mean- I prob love tornadoes more than all Mainers, what are the odds a funnel cloud pops up (or, down- lol) in my backyard?? but it really looked like one to me!
So I’m here for verification! Looked like a “needle point” if I were to describe its shape. Especially with how it suddenly angles itself downward kinda? But I could be completely mistaken! What do y’all think?

Please don’t be harsh, I’m very new to all this still and I’m only tryna learn!! Thanks ❤️

What type of cloud is this? What’s going on above it?

I’m trying to learn some stuff about meteorology and how to spot different cloud types!! This is super cool looking, what is it? (Maine, USA)

SIDE NOTE Sorry if this is jumbled/confusing in advance, I kind of rambled and wasn’t sure how to word my question + I provided context for those who may need it. Posting this here too since I posted to another tornado subreddit, I just want as much variety as I can get for this question!!

I was under the impression that the “dead man walking” term came from the elders of a native tribe (the tribe name- I’m uncertain) and was a term used when referring to twin tornadoes that move in a “walking” motion.

Regardless of where it came from, why does it make some people so angry? I see lots of nasty comments whenever someone even dares bring up the term.. but I thought it WAS a term- just for the particularly powerful multivortex tornadoes that do happen to make a perfect walking motion.

I know there was one tornado that was labeled as “THE deadman walking” which was Jarrell if I’m not mistaken, but the actual term is just a description of how a tornado is moving, is it not? Enlighten me!

There’s only two as far ask can tell. First I thought splinters but I think bites now. Not itchy but just weird. I have no experience with bedbugs, only fleas and these don’t look like flea bites to me but maybe they are lmfao big ass flea tho.. any ideas?? Distressing to think I could have an infestation in the works. Also a note is my whole life bugs have attacked me before anyone else, I have that blood type. So I’m PISSED. I was under two layers of blankets.
