Today I learned what weevil is 🥲 blessed or cursed..you decide…..

A few weeks ago I made a weevil plushie filled with plastic pellets for a fidgety texture. Now I’ve made some halloween themed variants. I hope you guys like these designs! I’m especially proud of the pumpkin one.

This art is made by me, and you can find more of my work on my instagram (@Mixpixi_). Perhaps you’ll even find a link to get your own halloweevil.. Or you can dm me to request a link.

Happy October!

tonight i learned weevils actually Can bite. just a little tiny pinch but dude apparently thought my finger was an acorn and started going ham on it

It looks so happy!

Cyphocleonus Achates

They almost look like tiny hippos. They are everywhere in Western Montana due to being used as a biological control agent. Knapweed is very invasive up here and these little guys are put to work!

Found a bunch of weevils in an old birdseed container.

I looked at the wall by desk, and saw this guy and I am SO excited - my first in person weevil!!
