Thin stool while on MiraLAX

I am chronically constipated and I’m on some medications that cause it to be worse. I’ve been taking a capful of MiraLAX everyday but my stool is very thin, soft, and I have frequent bowel movements that are very difficult to wipe clean. I feel like I am not completely emptying. And it’s just small amounts coming out each time. I am always bloated and I have frequent foul smelling gas.
What else should I try to take regularly to have larger more complete bowel movements? Give details like brand and dose.

I used dulcolax 1 time last week and ended up having 5 large bowel movements in a day. But I don’t want to rely on dulcolax all the time.

Cgrp meds causing neuropathy?

I was on Ajovy for 3 months when I started getting tingling in my left side of face that progressed to left arm then left leg. I switched to Quilipta a month and a half ago. The tingling is still there but now my left leg is also having a burning sensation too. I am concerned I have nerve damage. And while I don’t know what is happening or if it’s related to ajovy or Quilipta, I am suspicious of them. I have an appointment with general neurology for nerve testing in October. Too far out.
Has anyone had any similar issues with tingling aching or burning sensations after being on a cgrp medication.

All my imaging and lab work has been normal, including MRI brain and spine.

What is going on with my left side?

36f, hx of migraine, SVT
Medications: 20mg duloxetine, 60mg Quilipta, 25mg metoprolol
Nurtec as needed for migraine

Left face, arm and leg parasthesias that started with face in March and progressed to left arm then left leg over a few weeks. Constant tingling since. It’s been months. And now tingling sensation is a bit reduced or better but progressing to an aching, throbbing and slightly burning sensation. Not too painful but rather annoying. No weakness. These strange sensations are constant and never go away. I have a referral to general neurology but it’s far out. What is going on here?

All my lab work is normal, MRI Brain and spine normal in April, CTA, CT venogram normal, lumbar puncture normal. B12 normal, thyroid labs normal.

Any suggestions for further tests? Or ideas?

Potential fnd diagnosis

I have migraines. Since mid March I developed left side face tingling/numbness, a week later it spread to my left
arm and a week or so later spread to my left leg. I’ve also had a dull pressure like headache on left side for 7 weeks and a heavy feeling on my left side. I’m very fatigued. The symptoms are not going away and are constant. I’ve been to the ER and had CTA, CT venogram, MRI of brain and spine, lumbar puncture. Everything came back normal. My migraine neurologist isn’t quick to diagnose me with hemiplegic migraine or prolonged aura because my symptoms are atypical. She wants more of a work up than she can do. She referred me to general neurology. She mentioned it could be fnd.
I’m having a hard time understanding why this would all of a sudden happen.
I have never had aura before.
I have very mild anxiety controlled with duloxetine and on a very low dose of 20mg. No other medical problems and I am a very healthy active 36f.
I have no stressors or trauma.

I don’t need medical advice, I am seeing doctors. But just wondering if this sounds like fnd? Or if anyone wants to share if they have similar symptoms.

I have been diagnosed with “complex migraine”. Not sure if it’s the same as HM. I’ve had tingling on the left side of my face and left arm, and sometimes in my left leg for at least 4 weeks. I’ve had pressure on the left side of my head and neck for at least 2 weeks. And my left arm feels heavier, though I have full strength. I’ve been intermittently dizzy, like feeling I’m on a boat.
I’ve been to the ER twice recently and had all the tests: MRI brain and spine, CTA, CT venogram and lumbar puncture, lab work and all is good and normal. I’m told it’s just a “complex migraine”. The tingling in my face and arm never stop. Has anyone experienced anything similar? The head pain isn’t even that bad.
I’m on ajovy since January and nurtec as needed. The nurtec isn’t helping these sensations.
