I have severe chronic constipation and usually have to take senna to go or linzess and sometimes they don’t even work without a suppository. I have a colonoscopy tomorrow morning and I drank half the prep this evening and nothing happened. Now what?

Does anyone have experience with this medicine? I was prescribed linzess at the highest dose but it basically makes me crap water. So my doctor ordered Amitiza and I was just wondering if the symptoms were the same as linzess? Also I hate feeling bloated and I would like to know if that’s a side effect too. In addition this medicine is supposed to be taken twice a day so when does it work? Morning or night or both? Thanks
