How to make the best use of credit cards

Hi Everyone, I wanted to seek some guidance from all pro cc users. I am currently having the following credit cards:

  1. SBI Octane - Dedicatedly use for fuel (approx. 15-20k / month)
  2. SBI Cashback - Previously I used it for all online transaction however now I dont use it for swiggy/zomato/zepto/blinkit any more as I get monthly 8800 pluxee points. I use it across other e-commerce platforms + my gpt/claude subscriptions (approx. 35-40k / month)
  3. SBI Phonepe Rupaye credit card - Currently using it to pay my utility bills (approx 15k / month)
  4. HDFC Diners Black - Offline transactions but very minimal usage. I have accumulated only 11k reward points in 1.5 years. Though I enjoy unlimited lounge access through this card. My initial thought was that I'd be able to pay for my office travel expenses through my cc but my office has a corporate tie up with MMT Biz so office travel related expense is \~0.

Am I doing something wrong here? How can I best increase my rewards across all cards? 95% of my expense is online. I see people leveraging gift cards from Gyftr and cred but I am not very familiar with how to use them best. Please guide.
